​​​Spotlight on Theater: Behind-the-Scenes Conversations with Coffee & Confections is a discussion series on the making of theater. It takes place at the Port Washington Public Library and features special guests, casual conversations and desserts provided by Blanka’s Kitchen.

The series inaugurated on January 24, 2013, when over 60 attendees flocked in to hear about Play Troupe’s rich past from historian Andrew Batten and view an exhibit of company artifacts, including items on loan from the library (Local History Department).
